Currently, we ship exclusively within Europe to ensure fast, reliable, and high-quality delivery. We're working to expand our reach soon—so you can experience the T-STOCK standard wherever you are.


Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our trusted logistics partners in Hong Kong. This allows us to offer fast and efficient global delivery while maintaining premium quality control.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Since we process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order to request any changes or cancellations. After this window, orders can no longer be modified—but once received, you may request a return or refund.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), as well as PayPal. All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption.


When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once processed, they are shipped the following business day. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be handled on the next business day.


How long will it take to receive my order?

What if I don’t receive my order?

Our prices are listed in EUR and do not include international customs duties or taxes. These may be charged by your local customs office upon delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer. T-STOCK is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.


How do I return an item?

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please email us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll make it right—quickly and professionally.


When will I receive my refund?
